Only two rookies per season can go on you PS. Unless changed, the last pick Temarrick Hemingway would not be added to your PS.
Section 6D in rules states:

Players can only be placed on the Practice Squad from the annual rookie draft, and only 5th and 6th round selections are eligible for the Practice Squad. Only two players per team can be placed on the Practice Squad each year, so if a team has acquired more than two 5th and 6th round picks through compensation or trade, only two such picks would be eligible for the Practice Squad.
