Actually, I believe he has until midnight since we are in in-season FA. It was a Monday bid so the clock doesn't officially start until 12:00 AM ET on Tuesday.
From section 9A of rules:

If a bid is made on any player between 12:00 AM ET Sunday and 11:59 PM ET Monday the bid will be treated as if it were made on Tuesday at 12:00 AM ET and the 24 hour challenge period will not begin until that time.
