Re: RB Rob Kelley WAS
Wrong. Thurday games make things complicated:
I was still in the 24 hr window.
Here's the excerpt from the Rules:
Bidding for Free Agents will take place each week from 12:00am Tuesday until 11:59pm Saturday. Exceptions to this schedule will occur during weeks where there are Thursday games. During these weeks, Bidding will begin at 12:00am Tuesday, and end at 11:59pm Saturday however, players involved in the Thursday game(s) cannot be bid upon from gametime Thursday until the following Tuesday at 11:59pm.
If a player's 24 hour challenge period hasn't expired prior to 11:59pm on Saturday, bidding on that player will suspend until the following Tuesday at 12:00am when the 24 hour clock will resume.
When the Thursday game started his clock was suspended until midnight Monday 11/28.
Timing Detail:
My final bid was 11:51 Eastern Time on 11/24
Kelley's Game was 16:30 Eastern time 11/24
So 4:39 minutes passed before his clock froze until midnight Monday night 11/28.
The clock Resumed at 00:00 Tuesday morning with 19 hrs and 21 minutes remaining until bid closure.
So last night at 19:21 the clock on Kelley officially closed.
My declaration of years was only ~14 hours after the clock ended.
Anyone care to confirm my math and reasoning?
