Freznzy does not have IDP's thus only a 4 round rookie draft. For Sac'd, you can substitute 5 and 6 round picks for 3 and 4 - not asking to change that.

The first one is allowing more than just two players to be added to PS. Say you have 4 picks in 5th and 6th rounds. If you have 4 slots, this would allow you to add ALL 4 players to your PS, rather then just two.

The 2nd one is to be able to trade a PS player and allow team you are trading to, to move that player to his PS. Currently, you could only move him to your TS. Also, if someone drops a PS player, and you pick him up in waivers, you would be allowed to move him to your PS. Now, you could only move him to your TS if they still qualified.
