So the 2017 season next deadline is April 23rd to declare RFA's (as we unanimously voted).

May 1st is the deadline date taxi squad players must be cut or players that run out of taxi eligibility automatically get moved up to active roster (and cut penalties will then apply).

Are those dates the same in SAC'D?
