Currently, we consider the top 10 players at each position when calculating franchise tags; however, this appears to have made it easier to franchise players in recent years.

This poll is to see if we should adjust the franchise calculation from 10 years to either 5, 4 or 3 years. If we don't have a majority on one, we will take the top two and have a separate runoff poll.
