Nope. I knew he was 2000. That's the new level. Just assumed the first app of the 2018 was correct. That's the one thing I didn't check.
I always use the first app of the season as the app I have to build on no matter what gets updated.

If you had it listed in RFA declarations at the old level, and the APP also had the same, I could see maybe cutting some slack, but you did list him at 2000cb, so you were aware.
