It was all scripted weeks before the draft too. Only variation was taking Singletary 5 spots earlier at 1.12. Had projected to take him at 2.04. After losing out on Mecole Hardman at 12, I almost stuck to my plan of targeting Singletary at 2.04 but decided it wasn’t worth the risk as the pool of WRs was deep in that section of the draft and I actually was surprised A.J. Brown fell another 5 slots and happily took him. Turns out Zombies had Singletary targeted at 2.03, so good thing I took him earlier than planned!
The other
picks went according to my original plan, though I was nervous recent good press on Knox might put him on peoples radar. FBG mentioned him in their daily news the day before I was able to take him, and I was like, damn FBG, STHU!
