For argument's sake... if any rookie QB finishes at #15 overall, I think that would be a MONSTER year for him... but nowhere near worth the 900 or 990 salary, currently in place. 400 & 540 is still probably a bit high, but much more palatable.
I like it. Let's move forward with this! I'll still look at it a bit closer for any other "tweaks" we may need to be working on.

PPS. I'm sure it's been mentioned earlier... but every contract made prior to the 2004 rookie draft will remain the same, right? We're not looking to reverse or rework any existing contract, are we?
