BTW, I've updated the spreadsheet tables to reflect the 10% annual increase on all rookie contracts (plus bonus if applicable).
Additionally, I highlighted the 2nd and 3rd rd picks and scaled down the bonus scales as proposed.
I think including the 10% raise on all contracts solves the issue for QB's RB's and WR's... their salaries are now perfect IMO, however I think the TE base scales and possible the bonus scales need to be lower.
One question I had for Brian, when the contracts max out for any given position, does that mean no more 10% base increase as well? I think if it hits the max the 10% should still kick in, but no further bonuses would be paid out, however I haven't reflected the spreadsheet like that until I get some input. Right now the contracts max out on the players listed in royal blue and don't increase in subsequent years... but I think we should at least include the standard 10% raise.
