I think that's a several days earlier than the changed that were made in 2021.
Check out the link I just posted in the Frenzy League Dates thread. We waited until after NFL cuts and the Sunday prior to the first games of the NFL season in 2021. That means Sunday 9/4 is the key date, not 8/31.
