hehe... doesn't collusion have to occur in secrecy? There's no secret agreements that I know about! Hell, I think the discussion of whether or not a strategic move would be to match or not has all been on the table out in the open!
All I know is the logic here dictates that there may be a strategic play in taking the picks and letting the RFA's go, with at least 2 of them cut and then accessible via the UFA market! ;)
