Actually I don't know if the number matched will grow much. The way I see it the compensation picks are almost worthless. In most cases the RFAs are proven players who have shown they are Fantasy starters, where as, the comp picks will be used to snag rookie busts, players who may not even see the light of day.
I'm thinking maybe 4 1st Round Comps, 2 or 3 2nd Round comps, and 4 3rd round, and 1 4th Round.
As a whole is the 2nd round comps will be like 3rd Rounders, and we know how many productive players we've picked from there, the 3rd rounders are almost worthless, and the 4th round pick is almost like a 6th.
So I don't think we'll see compensation play a factor in the decision to match an RFAs. The decision will be based on if the owner finds the players to be of value (the stud RBs), with the comp picks serving as just a bonus.
