Whew. I am glad that is settled, I had a feeling that my compensatory pick was going to be the last one from the first round. However, it looks like McNabb went for $10 more above his tender than Horn making the first round supplemental picks:

14. Toxic Waste (T. Owens)
15. Dodgers (E. James)
16. Freedom (D. McNabb)
17. Opihi (J. Horn)
