My choice would be to limit these to IDP's only, and leave the rest as is:
Number of Interception Return TDs 1-10 6.00 points each
Interceptions Caught 1-99 3.00 points each
Interception Return Yards -99--1 -4.95 points for -99, and then 0.05 point for every 1 thereafter
Interception Return Yards 1-999 0.05 points each
Passes Defended 1-99 1.00 point each

If this route, then I think you'd have to put in Tackles, Assists, Sacks. You'd also then have to do the reverse for IDPs - remove receptions, receiving yards, rushing yards, etc.
