After considering upgrading our 2nd round comp to a 1st round comp, we ultimately couldn't see any value in the 2026 draft class to let the NFL's best player walk for only 2,100 cbs. Yes, its a lot of CB's for the position, but Josh has consistently been a top 3 player in scoring for many years (including number 1 overall in scoring in 2025 as well as at least 3 other seasons). We don't see that letting up now.

Welcome home for another season in Buffalo Josh, lets see what you can do with Joe Brady as HC and a more aggressive defense to back you up. Sounds like McDermott's neutering of the offense to slow the game down and protect his crap defense will be a thing of the past under coach Brady.

And thank you for the slight hometown 100cb discount off last years salary (though I sure would have preferred you sold at Pat's opening bid!
