I've setup the 2026 schedule on MFL. This year, weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 12 have no byes. Weeks 5, 9 and 14 have 2 teams on bye. All other weeks have 4-6 teams on bye.
To minimize the impact of bye weeks on division games, I setup weeks 1-4 (no byes) as the first 4 division games, then week 9 with the

on bye as the 5th divisional game and and closing out the divisional games week 12 with no teams on bye. I chose week 9 as the divisional game with 2 teams on bye week to make the final divisional games later in the season with the teams that should have less of a fantasy impact as compared to the teams on bye week 5 (

The non-divisional slate of games will be weeks 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 & 14.
As in past years, I rotated the divisional opponents with the team played week 1 in the previous season rotating down to the 3rd week in the rotation and the others moving up a week.
I also did the same for non-division games. You should see your first non-division opponent you played in 2025 moved to the last week of the non-divisional games, while everyone else moves up a week. Note I fixed some schedule irregularities caused by MFL a couple years ago thus a couple of the out of divisional games may be slightly out of order. I also adjusted the home/away games for the out of division to play one of the opposing divisions on the road each season and one at home and will alternate them each year. It's easier to adjust the home/away schedule by division by doing it this way.
As far as I can tell the opponents and weeks are properly setup and the schedule is fully balanced for 7 home and 7 away games per team.
