Jason is an original Predator, and is the all-time leading Frenzy scorer at the Kicker position. Thus, it was difficult as an organization to not resign him, but in the end, we felt it was time for us to go in a new direction (not to mention that we feel the Denver O is going to really struggle in 2004).

Nonetheless, we wish Mr. Elam the best as he returns home to his Island roots. I hope he does well for you Jim!
