I'm looking through the rules but can't find the answers to some questions:

1. What is the the date when we have to assign contract years to RFAs and rookies? Where is this in the rules?

2. When do drafted rookies need to be declared for the DS? When do drafted rookies not going to make the active or DS need to be cut?
