Again, it looks like we are seeing the same coin (this sucker is getting around) but different sides. Here the issue seems to be that we have a rule written as ANY blocked kick (covering partial or full blocks not the type of kick- punt, field goal or Xtra Pt) . However, FFLM cannot (or does not have) the ability to correctly apply this. If our rules need to be improved that is fine but as they are written (and posted on the league's website) a partially blocked kick is worth 3 points.
