I have no personal experience with IDP. I've always been turned off by the fact sometimes IDP doesnt strike me as a true measure of how good certain players are. Seems like a "shut down" corner wouldnt get passed on as much, thus leading to less tackles, pass deflections, and INTs. Conversely a rookie who is thrust into the lineup would make a group IDP fantasy player because he would get thrown at alot, leading to more fantasy points.

Hmmm... RBs get points per carry, WRs get points per catch... can IDPs get points per snap taken, to balance out the issue Joe rightfully brings up?
