Under that format I still HEAVILY want the 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3 in a Rookie Draft.

The talent in a rookie draft isn't that deep (even an IDP one)... it just doesn't even out 4-5 rounds down the line.

I'm just majorly NOT in favor of an inequitable Rookie Draft... but we'll let the masses decide.
