Not sure I follow. This is the NFL pick values (for rookie drafts) the first pick is worth 3,000 and pick 1.12 is 1,200. That seems pretty heavily weighted to me (since pick 1.12 is worth only 30% of pick 1.1).

I tried to post the values associated with each pick on the line with the pick so everyone could see the numbers that I used (again this off of something I found on a draft site a year or two ago).
