I'm not trying to disprove God. I'd be stupid to try. What I am doing is disproving the hypothesis that anyone with an open and honest heart and mind will find God or God will find them. As I stated above I know that not to be true.

The problem with Christians asserting it to be true is that the unspoken corollary is that non-believers DON'T have an open mind or an honest heart. As a non-believer (or not yet convinced anyway) I find that fairly insulting.

I'd quite like you to accept that there are open, honest happy people in the world (like me and Mike) who God doesn't reveal himself to and get along fine without him.
