Really? That was not my understanding. In my local league, we have always modeled our tie breakers after NFL rules, and we have never applied it this way.
I by no means mean to imply that it isn't entirely possible we have always done it wrong, but I have never understood it this way.
As far as the order posted, I'm glad my decent play of late didn't screw me out of too good a draft pick.
