Note: SBDC and BDSC failed to declare RFA's. They should be contacted immediately, and as a penalty, they should be unable to declare anyone higher than a 2nd rounder if they declare today, 3rd rounder if declared tommorrow, and 4th rounder if declared Sunday. After Sunday they should be SOL.
