I agree with Brian on this one.
I'd go a stpe further though and say if we see the same trend continue, we should have something in place that will implement the changes in 2007, not during 2007 for the 2008 season. I'm not sure how to do this, but it should be considered. Another season like this and the rookie draft will be silly once again.
