The OPIHI warmly welcome Joe Horn to the Islands! We have been looking for a solid #2 WR to compliment Torry Holt, and now have found him. We also feel that his contract price, though not "cheap" by any means, is definitely within the "very fair" range for a player of his caliber. Aloha!!
