Again, according to MFL's support board, they made the position change Tuesday night... the evening AFTER Brett made his bid.

IMO Ellis should either be SOLD as a DL, or we should void the bid and retract the cut, because IMO, in this case, Brett is not at fault in any way. He bid on a player that was listed as a DL, the position switch in the middle of the bid period is pretty unfair.
