Frank,

You're over the cap with Delhomme by 32. Can't even blame the Porter violation, since that was only a penalty of 30, still leaving you over the cap.

This would be a 2nd violation, and a 25% penalty.

Jake, please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think things are accurate.
