Allen only makes 165, meaning he could be renegotiated for only 150 more (315cb's).

He was SACD's 3rd best DL last year with over 210 points, improving 4 slots on his 7th place finish in 2005.

I'll consider a player or picks. He won't make it to Free Agency (I'll tag him as a Franchise or RFA), so if you're interested, trading is the best way to obtain his services on the cheap.
