My bad. After looking at the SAC'D threads, it appears the bidding on Chatman is still open. I was thinking this was a Friday bid, but this was actually a Saturday bid, and thus the time was stopped for Sunday/Monday.

Bidding is still open on Chatman until 12:05 pm eastern time today.
