Brett PM'd me yesterday asking to declare 1 year.

Unfortunately, this puts him 1 year over the contract years cap of 38 (I believe), and he didn't give me instructions to get under.

He told me he was going to be away a day... hopefully he's back by 5:12pm, if not, Roster Penalties will apply.
