The 6 team playoff + Bottom 3 Lottery/Mutt's Rule >>> Toilet Bowl, Extra Balls, etc... is that's the issue you want to fix.
More playoff spots, more teams fighting for a spot = more competitive play. Issue fixed... no harm done to bad teams.
Toilet Bowl - spot remained unchanged, middle of the pack (get better or suck enough to get into toilet bowl and get #1 pick?), bottom teams get screwed.
