A little stategery for me here.
Popes has 24 hours to get under the cap, and with LJ he is now over 2700 OVER!
His RFA's won't sell for 48 hours at the earliest, so no relief to him there.
If he cuts his RFA's (and takes the 20% penalty), the bidding process continues since the players were opened before being cut, however, Popes loses the comp if cut, and can't bid on his own players.
