There's very little in the way of WR competition in Kansas City. Another guy that needs to stay healthy, but Herm seems high on him:

“Will Franklin is a big wide-out who most of us have seen before. We just felt he had a lot of speed. Lot of potential. [Missouri] had a lot of receivers and they threw the ball all over the ball yard. But he’s a guy that has a good upside and was very successful in college."

6-0 214 4.37 He may have a shot to start this year.
