But yes, I agree, if you have space to put him on TS briefly, then move him to IR, he could go back to TS someday (with salary increase for weeks on active roster). I just thought it was pretty clear he didn't have room to do that, or else he wouldn't have asked the question in the first place  |
Correct. That's what I was wondering. It makes sense, though, that one would have to be ACTIVE to be on IR... so if I moved a player from the draft directly to IR, he would be active... and if he wanted to go back to TS, then the salary increase would apply.
