According to the website, you are currently at 58 years, so an additional 4 would put you at 62, still below the cap...so you are fine.

You really should be keeping track of this on your own cheat sheet...shoot me an email if you would like some help setting this up, but really it's just a matter of jotting down your players, their salaries and years, and adding them up and making sure they are below the cap limits.

Players on IR count half of their salary towards your cap, and you get one year of their contract back to sign new player replacment. Make sense?
