I guess I am not sure what you are saying. The trade put Wranglers over the salary cap. It is both teams responsibility to have their teams rosters in order before making the trade. The 24 hour window is technically the Rules Committees window to reverse the trade. I don't think anyone makes the trade thinking they can wing it and figure out how to get compliant in 24 hours...I just think this was a mistake on Ben's part, either not understanding what made him go over the cap, or just not keeping good track of his team.

Regardless, according to our rules, there is going to be a 24 hour window from the announcement of the trade to the time I actually submit the transaction on the website.
