Jim, just confirming that on my version of the roster app, the Derby Cars didn't have any room for acquisitions without making cuts.

I haven't seen yet how many players they acquired, but he already had a first offense with Michael Jenkins, so the roster penalties would be more severe this time (wether it is decided to treat these as one second offense, or each player as a separate offense, different penalties would apply I believe).
