BTW... everyone should know where they stand, right... since we're all responsible for our own team?! Hopefully everyone has kept their moves up to date... you can look at your 2009 salaries... and any cap hit... to get a good indication of where you are.

I'll try to update the MFL site late, late tonight... but I've never worked with it. Someone else had that responsibility last year. So be patient.
