right..what Patrick said...the bidding is the only thing that has a clock stoppage..once you have won a bid, you have 24 hours to make necessary adjustments to fit him in....this clock does not stop for weekend games...
So the penalty of 20% will apply, and Bobby cannot bid on Vilma for 30 days from time of penatly...sorry Bobby.
