Can we get some input on this one? How much flexibility are we will to give a newbie, who is going through this process for the first time?

The way I am reading the rules, Bobby will take a 20% penalty hit, so almost a grand. Pretty steep...the ripple effect of the reversal of this trade also causes problems...do I get penalized for the Hightower trade?

If someone has time and can read the rules to try and determine all the fallout, it would be appreciated...I'll try at some point today, not sure I can though....
