Each team will be limited to a salary cap of 20,000 CB's for the Active Roster. The sum of all current year salary obligations of a team must not exceed 20,000 CB's. This cap is to remain the same each season. No CB's will be added to this amount. If any team exceeds the salary cap through a free agency signing, trade, or other move, they will have 24 hours to make a roster move to reduce their salary obligations below the 20,000 cap. If they do not, roster penalties will apply.
