Forte was first activated in Week 5 of the 2008 season. With 16 weeks in a season (correct?), that would be 28 weeks at 25cbs per week for a total of 700cbs.

Jim, I think 7 days would be a reasonable amount of time. Also, what about giving them the opportunity to reduce RFA declarations (i.e., from a 1st to a 2nd/3rd rounder)? This could help the Burners out, but the Insects would need to pursue other alternatives.
