Blount is worth a chance here. He was projected in the 2-3 round of the NFL draft before the "incident", so the talent is there, but there are a lot of questions that follow about discipline, attitude and work ethic. That explains how he fell out of the draft, but he did sign in a spot where he has the opportunity to make the Titans team and be the short yardage / goalline back....and maybe even more if something were to happen to Chris Johnson.
