| Our view: There were some in the scouting community who felt Hernandez would not only be good, but could develop into an elite player at his position. He reminds us of Colts TE Dallas Clark and could be a very good pass catching move-tight end for the Patriots. The former Gator star has great hands, runs excellent routes, and has good run after the catch ability. If Wes Welker misses any time in the regular season a guy like Hernandez could help pick up the slack. |
