Probability Spiller is a bust: 5%
Probability Fred Jackson slows down soon: 50%
Probability Lynch gets traded: 50%

Probability Bell ever hits the fantasy radar: 5% * 50% * 50% = 1.25%.

And that's without counting the other 2-3 RBs they have on the roster.

Works for me.
