I was assuming it was the same as our contract declaration date... which would have been last night at 11:59pm. BUT EVEN SO... the part about the "highest bid to be electronically postmarked" means you get him. I inadvertently thought that meant we move to a 24-hour time clock now on FAs... and that 24 hour clock started at 12:00am today.
