I disagree that the rule is defined in broad terms, in that is states specifically Questionable, Doubtful or Out on the injury report on NFL.com - Jackson is not listed at all.
I have no problem including Suspended players, but the rule is specific, and not sure we should start going against a specific rule without league approval.
My thoughts at least.
